If I often practiced in the field of taste or gastronomy, pastry is not my first occupation. It was that of my father and his brother the famous pastry chef: Gaston Lenôtre.
If you type this name in Google, you will read that it has had a lasting and considerable influence on this industry from the 1950’s. He has the first broadcast french pastry out of his home country by opening shops abroad and training professionals in his school near Paris.
Gaston has also embarked on his adventure all his family.
I will come back in more detail about his story, about our story in this blog.
About me, born in the midst of this “family saga”, I saw very early exercise the requirement of this profession. The precision of the gesture, the quality of the raw materials, customer service, transmission!
